Labor saving devices are those equipment's that diminishes the cost of human labor. This led into the cost of high standard of living in Americans as well as unemployment, as the machines took almost 75% of human work provided.

This led into raise in crime rate in one hand and in the other it led to invention of several new innovations. Some labor-saving machines are weaving machines, washing machines, etc.
