    The Mycenaean Culture

    Explanation:

While the minoans were the first Greek civilization, their culture was located in Crete, one of the largest Greek islands, not in the mainland.

The Mycenean culture was located in the Greek mainland: in the Peloponnese, Central Greece (Attica), and Thesally.

It spanned from approximately 1600 to 1100 BCE, before being replaced by other cultures.

They were a bronze-age culture, and spoke a proto-version of the Ancient Greek language.
