    Answer: These systems were like a job exchange, for "protection and education". They were created by Spanish people.

    Gold, silver and other precious metals were explored. Even where there was no metal, the land and compulsory labor of the natives was exploited.

    The Encomienda System was created by the Spaniards, and consisted of the exploitation of a group or community of indigenous people by a settler from the concession of the authorities while the settler lived.

    The Hacienda was used in the production of various materials, mainly agricultural.
