Why might the caste of Brahmins be associated with the mouth?

Whole cosmos is maintained by four types of quality or Guna. Brahmana from mouth means - the intellectuals are the real mouth of world. Because they contribute through their mouth or speech. Like scientist, teachers, singers, writers, journalist etc.
