Early farming methods are believed to have come from the Mesopotamian region which is located near the Tigres and Euphrates rivers in modern day Iraq. Farming spread through human migration, war, and other practices that allowed for the information to be transferred out of Mesopotamia to other regions of the world.

Farming started in Mesopotamia, Sumer long ago. I just got done learning about it in school. but now we are on a different unit
