This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made,

    The supreme law of the land one. However, not all laws are super were by the federal government. For instance, the marijuana legislation. The federal government has jurisdiction over which laws to peruse.
