Answer: A few results of prohibition was causing the growth of illegal liquor trade and it corrupted the federal Bureau of Prohibition at the state and local level since police officers and Prohibition agents frequently became tempted by bribes or the opportunity itself to go into bootlegging.
Explanation: Many people disliked prohibition and even though it was illegal people did it anyways. Just like many things nowadays.
