What is the main purpose of this section of the document? That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government.

A. Governments ultimately have the power to determine what rights people have.

B. It is self-evident that people have inalienable rights.

C. The colonists should separate from Great Britain and create their own government.

D. Revolting against the government should not be taken lightly.

    It's b because the whole purpose of the passage is to let the people know if their government they have created becomes corrupted and doesn't allow people to have the basic rights. It's time to fix this problem
