In 1991 it was set up in the United Kingdom, in the city of London, at a time to promote change to the economies of the countries of Eastern Europe and the countries of Central Asia, to encourage them to move their businesses towards western Europe and to be able to rebuild the economies of those countries, which were affected in the post-Cold War era.
