    Alsace-Lorraine was returned to France.

The Rhineland became a demilitarised zone.

The Saarland was ran by the League of Nations and then a plebiscite (a vote for that land) was to be held 15 years on.

North Schleswig was given to Denmark after a plebiscite.

Danzig was a free city run by the League of Nations. This gave Poland a sea port.

Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia became independent states. Germany had taken these states from Russia in 1918.
