    Sacco and Vanzetti.

    Explanation:

Sacco and Vanzetti were the migrants from Italy. They were found accused in a robbery and a murder in Braintree, Massachusetts. Though there was no direct evidence for their crime, they were held offenders due to the very fact that they were not only the immigrants but also anarchists. The term anarchist was used to refer to those who supported the destruction of the American capitalist society through the use of violence.

During their trial on 14th July 1921, the lawyer of the District court emphasized the radical views of Sacco and Vanzetti and the panel found them guilty.

Despite their evidence of not involved in the robbery and murder, they were executed on 23rd August 1927.
