    They felt like the government was taking away their prize crop and were mad. Their liquid whiskey was now being lost so yea they didnt deserve to lose it because te government was to poor to pay for anything. Also he was a good leader. He was a good leader who was owed money and was now poor. So he got mad and started rebelling. Some see him as a hero some as a villain. I see him as a man willing to stand up for himself
