Jews, Gypsies (Roma), Disabled and handicaps, and political opposition groups.

Germans targeted these people as they considered to be inferior to their pure Aryan race.

Political groups also targeted as they were a threat to the ideology of the Nazis.

    Explanation:

Jews were the primary victims of the Nazi, many other groups targeted based on both racial and political grounds, physically and mentally disabled, gypsies, and Slavic peoples. The Germans believed both the Jews and gypsies as racially inferior and corrupt. The Nazis also decided to support the disabled as a waste of time and money. The Nazis started the cleansing program where thousands of people put to death.
