What is the Thomas theorem? Do you agree or disagree with this theorem? Why?

    The Thomas theorem is a theory of sociology which was formulated in 1928 by William Isaac Thomas and Dorothy Swaine Thomas (1899-1977) : " If men define situations as real, they are real in their consequences. " In other words, the interpretation of a situation causes the action.

    Explanation:

    I do agree, because everything is created twice. Once in the mind and again in the body. So what ever you think, you are most likely going to do it.

    I agree that definition of a situation affects whole life. According to Thomas theorem, the definition given to a situation appears real in life.
