    The correct answer is African-Americans

    The farther west you go the less diverse the rural area is. Most of African-Americans who live in Texas and who comprise the 11% of Texas population live in east Texas and mostly clustered around big cities, with the amount of people dropping as you go to more rural areas or smaller cities and towns.
