The Code of Justinian was an organized collection and explanation of Roman laws that were made for the people of Byzantine Empire. There were four parts of this Code. The first part of this code included Roman laws like mariiage, slavery, crime, property etc. the second pert included the summary of all legal actions. The third part consisted of a course that enabled the students of law to learn the ways of using the laws. The New Laws or Novellae included all the new laws or legislation that came into existense after 534 AD.
