The correct answer is option C. Initiatives and referendums.

According to the Oklahoma Historical Society website, in its article for Constitutional Convention, written by Danny M. Adkison, it is stated on the fifth paragraph that "Some of the provisions of the final document included the initiative and referendum, prohibition, strict corporate regulation, and woman suffrage limited to school elections."

No mention of Bill of rights, ratification, or progressive protocols is present.
