The Anfal Genocide

Explanation:

Began in March 12 1986 and ended in May 8 1989. Was headed by the cousin of President Saddam Hussein. The Anfal included use of ground offensives, systematic destruction of settlements, chemical warfare, firing squads, mass deportation and aerial bombing.
