Through the colonization as well as intense afflux of immigration, American whites started working with more and more foreigners from all over the world: African Americans, Chinese, Filipinos, European people, Indians and many more. Thus, the working class became multiracia, l but due to strong racist prejudice, strong discrimination was present. In fact, upper levels of working class, usually management and less arduous, but requirening higher education jobs, were made of whites, while in the lower level, more humbling, more physically involving jobs were given to non whites.
