Write a constitutional argument in support for civil rights

The 13, 14th and 15th Amendments give all men born in the United States citizenship, voting rights, and any other rights allowed within the Constitution, no matter your skin-tone, heritage, or past. The ways in which African Americans are segregated goes directly against the rights given to them by the constitution.
