In Ancient Rome, if a person is accused and called to court, what can happen?

    They are brought to court and given 30 days to pay debt if the debt isn't paid by the end of the 30 days they are put in chains and given another 60 days. If the debt still doesn't get paid they are either sold as a slave or killed
