Hi!
Eugene O'Neil was an American playwright. Basically, he was the guy who was writing plays for people to perform. He was so good at his job, that he was the first ever American playwright to receive a Nobel Prize for Literature.
He has also won other rewards. These rewards were the Tony Award for Best Play, Pulitzer Prize for Drama, Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Play, and many others! = )
