Well the women in Athens didn't have education but the women in Sparta did, so I would go with D as the answer.

Both Athenians and Spartans language was Greek, the Greek language took up 99% of Greece's population.

Athens's God was Athena and Poisedon, while Sparta's God was Ares, the god of war and Artemis, the goddess of the hunt.

Athens loved history and the arts, Athenians loved to learn. Spartans only cared about war.

Athenians thought women should cook, clean, and teach. On the other hand, Spartan's let women do everything from going to war to taking government positions.
