Where did the dominant power in medieval european society come from?

    The Most dominant power in Medieval European society came from the Church. The Medieval church at the time was mostly Catholic. Those who held the most power within the church were Catholic priest, and clerics. The Church was dominant in many ways, like for example monetarily, spiritually, and educationally.
