From which two bodies of water did the mongol empire stretch?

    At the height of the Mongol Empire, it's Khanates reached from the Sea of Japan to the North to the South China Sea on one side, and from The Black Sea in the North, to the Arabian Sea on the other side. In between these bodies of water, the empire covered some 9,300,000 sq mi.
