In this type of government, a single party or person rules the whole nation, controls the society through the government, and permits few to no civil liberties.

    On the other hand, democracy is one where there are greater rights and freedom for the people. The citizens participate in forming the government, and the government in turn works for them, protecting them and also providing them with rights and liberties. And there are many leaders and parties in this type of government, where anyone and everyone is allowed the freedom to express themselves.
