    D.) Not all refugee camps are safe havens, a lot of people try and establish dominance as well as outside inffluences. Some turn to the only means of making money, such as selling their bodies and can get kidnapped. As well as due to the confinement of hundreds of individuals in close quarters, diseases are crazy rampant.

    It would be D. Refugee camps can be full of fights, can be understaffed resulting in inadequate guarding of the refugees, and can be dirty resulting in disease. They are an improvement from living in a war-torn country, but are definitely not ideal.
