Poor working condition was one of the major reason for the formation of United Farm Workers union (UFW).

    Option: (B)

    Explanation:

The United Farm Workers union was emerged from the origin called "Community Service Organization" (CSO) which was worked to improve the 'economic and social conditions' for the farm workers and to 'fight against discrimination'. Later it was clubbed with "Agricultural Workers Association" (AWS) which 'lobbied politicians' on many issues and it allowed migrant workers without US citizenship. UFW was created through "Agricultural Workers Organizing Committee" (AWOC) and "National Farm Workers Association" (NFWA).
