    North Korea Government is a Dictatorship the main type being a Dictator ship lead by Kim jong-un. The constitution defines North Korea as "a dictatorship of people's democracy" under the leadership of the Worker's Party of Korea (WPK), which is given legal supremacy over other political parties. The WPK is the ruling party of North Korea. It has been in power since its creation in 1948. In the North Korean government, the Cabinet is the administrative and executive body. The North Korean government consists of three branches: administrative, legislative, and judicial. Cabinet Premier as Kim Jae-ryong, Executive is the State Affairs Commission, Legislature the Supreme People's Assembly, and the Supreme Commander or leader Kim Jong-un.
