How does the industrial proletariat differ from the lower class of the preindustrial era?

    The difference between the two are the tools they used in production. The industrial proletariat uses machines to create products. On the other hand, the pre-industrial lower class have hand tools to create products. Still, both are proletariats the difference only lies in the tools that they have.
