I believe the answer is A. Since, when you think about it ... D. doesn't make any sense (Russia isn't an Islamic nation, but places like Persia and India are). and Russians are known o be a strict and cold nation (not that I personally agree) so Russians wouldn't just "share" the wealth of Mongols) so B couldn't be a choice either.
