    Marie Curie was a French and polish scientist. She was born on November 7, 1867 and she was a physicst and chemist. She conducted pioneering research on Radioactivity and she discover two radioactive elements. She was married to Pierre Curie in 1895.

    She was the first woman to become a professor, the first woman and person to receive a Nobel prize twice.

    She died in 1934 at the age of 66 of aplastic Anaemia.
