    The correct answer should be C) Hindu-Arabic numerals

    The numerals that we all use, which is the regular set of numbers from 1 to 9 is what the Hindu-Arabic numerals are and they revolutionized maths because roman numerals for example were not designed for complex mathematical equations. The number 0 was taken mostly based on Hindu scriptures.
