    Peasant uprising began in the colonial period and was led by influential people including, Father José, Father Miguel Hidalgo and Augustin de Iturbide.

    Explanation:

    During 1790s, there was eruption of French colonies with a former slave Toussaint who controlled the rebellion. He was a natural military genius who was organized in his activities during the war against the people from the highland. In his duties, he also found other militants, decided to create peace between them and created a program of freeing the slaves.
