Thomas Hooke () r was a Puritan minister of Massachusetts bay, he was forced to leave the colonies because he didn't agree with other Puritan leaders. He thought the laws of colonies should be dictated from the ideas of the people.
Essentially he believed in Freedom of Speech, well the others weren't as fond of it.
