    Explanation:

    Unlike other religion, Buddhism never necessarily banned people from eating a certain type of food. So the teaching never really mentioned any connection between the type of foods the followers eat with their reincarnation.

    This can be seen on the daily diets followed by people in countries with Largest Buddhist population (China, Japan, Thailand). Just like any other countries, they eat wide variety of foods including red meat, fish, and vegetables.
