The best location for this new warehouse is Fulton County. These are the reasons to support this decision. 1. Workforce: Well-educated and highly-skilled talent pool. Nearly 48% of City of Atlanta residents over the age of 25 have a bachelor's degree or higher. Atlanta is the #3 market for educational attainment and the state of Georgia has the #1 workforce training program in America. 2. Cost of living: For a city this size, Atlanta is affordable and cheap. There are truly affordable options for housing. Average apartment is around $1400-$1600. Utilities in average cost $146 (electricity, heating, cooling, water, garbage). Food Costs are $334 per person per month minimum, unlimited full-fare monthly pass $95 and Sales Tax is 8.9% (7% county, 1.9% city). 3. Airport: Hartsfield-Jackson international airport, with non-stop flights to anywhere at any time, is an often overlooked feature of Atlanta. 4. City Culture: Atlanta has its High Museum of Art, with a great permanent collection and visiting art of the highest caliber. Throw in some awesome places to see live or improvisational comedies, local theaters, art and natural galleries, concert arenas, and frequent special events. 5. Transportation: When it comes to connecting visitors and residents to key places like the airport, downtown, universities and high-schools, convention and conference centers, sporting and concert arenas, festivals where parking is a nightmare, and Braves games that start at rush hour, Atlanta, since 1971, has been working on and making more efficient its transportation system, called MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority). It operates a network of bus routes linked to a rapid transit system consisting of 48 miles (77 km) of rail track with 38 train stations.
