The year is 1788 and the Constitution has been created but the Bill of Rights has not. However, you are in favor of adding a Bill of Rights to the Constitution that lists the individual rights and freedoms Americans have and are entitled to. The delegates of the convention have assigned you to create the first draft of the Bill of Rights. However, you must now decide what should be the first amendment listed on the Bill of Rights. This will be the one that you feel is more important to the American people.
