    Both documents entrench the people's rights while limiting government powers. More importantly, the two documents set a precedent for rejecting tyranny and embracing rule by the people among the founding fathers who were also the framers of the constitution. They especially inspired them to go beyond the British people and parliament against the overbearing rule of the monarchy in London.
