How does the constitution limit the power of the president as commander in chief? it gives the judicial branch power to get military funding. it keeps the military from overrunning the government. it grants power to declare war to congress. it gives the president authority over only the army

    The constitution gives every branch an equal amount of power so that one branch wont have too much power or so that the President wont have all the power. Its all an evenly split between each other.
