The Hogwarts Hotline is the more modern version of communicating with Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry. Hermione Granger invented it as a way for muggleborns to reach Hogwarts through a simpler method. The more traditional solution would be to send an owl, providing that you have one.

Unfortunately, if you are a muggle through and through, your owl will most likely be returned to you promptly with a letter from Professor McGonagall stating that you simply do not have enough magic in you to attend. But fear not, if you are a Muggle! You can still visit "Harry Potter World", an amusement park dedicated to the Boy Who Lived.
