When would you feel safest keeping money in a bank: today, during the "Wildcat" Era, or during the early 1900's? Explain why.

    Today during the "Wildcat" Era it is less likely for the economy to crash and for all the banks to close. Back in the early 1900's there were lots of reasons for banks to close. For example the stock market crash of 1929, where a bunch of banks closed and a lot of people lost their money.
