Good Morning! The main motivation for the Allied main attack to focus on Europe is quite obvious: Germany had all its troops concentrated in the region, offering clear risks of invasion (and effecting, for example, what happened in France). So facing Germany was the easy way out. This also happened because Europe was already the scene where the resources of the allies were located and the distance Japanese sealed the commitment first. Letter d) They saw Germany as the greatest threat. Hugs!
