    This allowed England to transition to democracy better than other European countries. For example, England did not go through a bloody revolution just like France only to become a dictatorship again a few years later when Napoleon took power.

    England also avoided transitioning from a feudal monarchy to a communist totalitarian state like it happened in Russia.
