Buddhism is predominantly an Asian culture. It was started by one man, Siddhartha Gautama. The religion spread through India, but also internationally. Ceylon, Burma, Nepal, Tibet, central Asia, China, and Japan are just some of the regions where the Middle Path was widely accepted.
