Children do not vote.
Explanation:
The policy for voting is that any child under 18 may not have word in the council and preliminary offices.
If a child is under 18, they may not take par in the election.
All in all, children do not vote.

Children's do not vote until they're 18
Explanation:
children's don't vote because they are too young and they need to be 18 years old to vote and parents/adults vote because they are older
