Which Japanese ruler brought Korean and Chinese practices into ancient Japan?

    The answer to this question is: Prince Shotoku

    In 604, Prince Shōtoku enforced his new ideology, based on Confucian and Buddhist thought that is taken from traditional Chinese principle.

    By doing this, he received a lot of Criticism from other nobles (since most of them adopt shinto as their main religion), but eventually it become one of the most dominant religion in japan
