Which is the proper order of a bill becoming a law after it is introduced in the Senate?

    Assuming that this is referring to the same list of options that was posted before with this question, the correct response would be the one (option C, I believed) that has the bill going to a review board first and then being signed by the President last), since only the signature of a President can turn a bill into a law.
