What four things can happen after a bill has been approved by both houses of congress and goes to the president?

    1. The Bill can be vetoed and then overridden with a 2/3 vote of Congress.

    2. The President can sign it and it will become law.

    3. The President could not sign and it could become law after 10 days.

    4. The law would die if the Congress adjourns (breaks) before the President signs it.
