    In 1793, there were 2 additions in the original 13 member states in the Union that ratified the US constitution.

    The original 13 states were:

    Delaware, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New Jersey, Georgia, Massachusetts, Mary Land, South Carolina, New Hampshire, Virginia, New York, North Carolina and Rhode Island.

    In 1792, two states were added:

    Vermont and Kentucky (addition was reflected in the Flag Act of 1794)
